Oak Psychology Space is a private psychology practice conveniently located at The Spot in Randwick in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. We provide Mental Health Therapy using effective evidence-based treatments for adults and adolescents (over 15 years).

At Oak, we understand that therapy is a very personal process. We all have different stories and unique challenges, and we work hard to get to know you, to help you feel comfortable, and to tailor our approach to your specific needs.

Our aim is that you develop new, more flexible ways of thinking and doing so that you feel empowered to move towards living the life you want.
